Our newsletter is distributed to nearly 5,000 residents in 2,600 households including high rises and published six times a year: January, March, May, July, September, and November.
Closing dates: December 1 for the January issue; February 1 for the March issue; April 1 for the May issue; June 1 for the July issue; August 1 for the September issue, and October 1 for the November issue. The award-winning Society Hill Reporter reaches almost 4000 households, whose occupants are strong supporters of local businesses. Successful advertisers are involved in multiple types of professions, including:
The Reporter is published 6 times a year, appearing in the first week of every other month beginning in January. Ads are available in a number of sizes, ranging from 1/12 of a page (business card size) up to a full page. All sizes of ads are available in either black and white or color.

Once you have decided the size of your advertisement, and how often you would like to have it appear in our newsletter, please place an order with the advertising manager, Bill Jantsch (email@example.com). Please also feel free to contact Bill if you have any questions about ordering an ad.
Orders for advertisements are due 4 weeks prior to the printing of the Reporter issue. For instance, for an ad to appear in the March issue we would need a commitment by the beginning of February.
You are free to design your own ad, or you may request assistance from our designer, Judy Lamirand (firstname.lastname@example.org). There is an additional $50 charge for this service. You may also contact Judy with any questions regarding the specific dimensions and allowable file type of your ad.
When you have placed your order, you will receive an invoice for the advertising fee, and this document also serves as your contract.
Judy Lamirand will contact you approximately 4 weeks prior to the printing of an issue to make sure that you have updated the copy of your ad.
Payment information is included on the invoice. You can pay by check, or with a credit card. If you wish to use a credit card, the SHCA manager Matt DeJulio (email@example.com) will be happy to assist you.
