PSA 3 (Police Service Area) Monthly Meetings. 
Meet with Captain John O’Hanlon, Commander of the 6th Police District. The 6th District encompasses Lombard Street north to Poplar Street and Broad Street east to the Delaware River. This provides a chance for neighbors to have a forum with the 6th Police District on any issues of concern and to learn of the recent crime statistics.
            When: The second Tuesday of each month at 6 PM.
           Where: Penna. Hospital auditorium (enter off 8th Street)
