Annual membership dues to Society Hill Civic Association make a huge difference in maintaining our historic neighborhood with street cleaning, beautification projects, subsidies for brick repair and tree tending, advocating for the neighborhood in zoning and development projects and much more.
But sometimes there are larger projects we need to rise up and address together with additional fundraising efforts. The Society Hill Preservation Foundation was created to help address needs and opportunities beyond all that we do on a regular basis. As a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, your donations to the Foundation are tax deductible.

The Society Hill Preservation Foundation was created to help address special projects, needs, and opportunities that affect our mission above and beyond all that we do on a regular basis through Association membership. As a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, your donations to the Foundation are tax deductible. Your generosity allows us to tackle large projects like the much-needed renovation of the Starr Garden Playground, fixing sidewalks and maintaining trees throughout our neighborhood, or supporting our youngest neighbors attending General George A.
