“Fix the Brix”
The SHCA provides a subsidy of 40% for members, up to a maximum of $500 ($400 non-members), for fixing brick sidewalks.
Follow these steps to receive the subsidy:
1. Take a photo of your problem sidewalk area and email it to: marthalev6@gmail.com
2. Hire a mason to do the work.
3. After the work is done, make sure it is to your satisfaction before paying the bill. Email us a photo of completed work.
4. Mail the original paid invoice and proof of payment (make a copy for yourself) to:
SHCA
P.O. Box 63503
Philadelphia, PA 19147
5. Receive a check within a few weeks.
Thank you to all who have repaired their sidewalks — it is a gift to the neighborhood!
