SHCA helps to keep our streets clean by funding fall and spring Clean Up Days that include street sweeping and washing, plus paper shredding and, when available, electronic recycling services. City sweeper trucks cover all streets from Front to 8th and from Chestnut to Lombard. Bagged leaves and street litter are picked up by the Streets Department.
SHCA also pays for the following services to keep our neighborhood in good shape:

– We hire the Center City District crew to do a weekly sweep and bag of debris of our neighborhood every Friday, and an extra day on Mondays from April 1 to November 1.
